This blog is to celebrate the food joints in ur town that u particularly dig. Ideally not the 5 star rat traps, but the places where u can let ur hair down (chances are, the chef has already, and you've some sample strands in ur paneer hairwala), and enjoy the grub for what it is, and not what its decked up to be.
Sabe? Get it? Ok Ok...lemme not be discriminatory...they can be spiffy and snooty joints too, but they have to make that stiff upper lip tremble. And, purely by whats served on the table; not who's doing the serving:-)
This is a celebration of food; ambience be screwed:-))
So allow me to set the ball rolling with my fave joints in Chennai and then we can progress to my pet peeves at a later stage.
